Quality

It is the policy of Piper Joinery to provide customer satisfaction by meeting our customer’s needs and requirements. This is evidenced by a large proportion of repeat business and recommendations.

We use a quality management system to measure the service we give to our customers, this system also helps us to continually assess our own internal

 

procedures, processes, staff training and development. Our quality management system meets the criteria outlined in the British Standards EN ISO 9001:2008 and our systems are communicated to all our staff through appropriate training.
